Colleen P Medeiros RS-80134

Realtor® (S)

Colleen brings an intuitive understanding of Maui’s landscapes, lifestyles, and the stories that shape every neighborhood and home. She becomes singularly focused when helping clients connect with properties that reflect their values and way of life—whether that means a quiet retreat in upcountry Kula or a breezy oceanfront condo in West Maui. With her attention on listening first, Colleen guides both buyers and sellers through the real estate journey with insight, clarity, and care.
Her background is anything but typical. Colleen grew up in Kailua, O‘ahu, with days spent riding horses in Waimānalo and summers visiting family in Lahaina—her father’s hometown. After high school, she moved to the mainland, exploring life in Colorado and Montana before earning her B.S. in Sociology and Environmental Studies. Along the way, she studied equine science, fell in love with mountain life, and developed a lasting appreciation for the connection between people and place.
Before entering real estate, Colleen spent over a decade as a professional archaeologist and cultural resource consultant, specializing in historic preservation and land use planning. This experience gives her a sharp eye for detail and a deep respect for the cultural and environmental context of every property she works with. She also brings over a decade of hands-on experience managing both long- and short-term rentals across Maui.
Today, Colleen lives in Kula with her husband, their kids, and a houseful of beloved pets. When she’s not closing deals or scouting properties, you’ll find her hiking, playing mandolin, or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee and good conversation. She’s the kind of agent who brings both heart and hustle—straightforward, thoughtful, and always tuned into what truly matters.
